Reporting for Tutors

Comprehensive details of learner's progress and results can be viewed or printed by the tutor at any time.

A sample screen is shown below:

From the screen above you can see a selection of users who have used the course.

You can see the number of sections viewed, scores in tests, when they registered for the course and how long they've used it for, and the answers to three questions which can be set to anything requested (shown here as Gender, Age and Country of Origin for demonstration purposes). Results can be ordered by any of the highlighted headings and a second click on the header will reverse the order displayed.

Navigation through pages can be done using the next and previous buttons, you can also pick how many results to display per page and even jump to a page if you know where the result range you are looking for is (good to check an average result).

The tutor can choose from two search methods. If the tutor is looking for a specific user they can search for a user name, which if mispelt or not sure of the exact spelling will return all users starting with that letter if an exact match can not be found. The second search method is to view all results ordered by a chosen criteria, all data options have the option to be shown in standard or reverse order. There is also an option to apply a date range to the results so you can see the information of all users in a given time period. Setting a time period will also change the total results displayed to match the chosen time frame making it easy to get figures which can be helpful for funding bids.
