The majority of migrants wishing to live in the UK permanently must pass the "Life in the UK" test which is based on Chapters 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Home Office publication "Life in the United Kingdom - A journey into Citizenship -Second Edition (2007)". A sample page is shown on the left. Many consider the text daunting to read with its long paragraphs and lack of illustrations. The 220 Soft course, with its split paragraphs and illustrations, makes the text far easier to digest. In addition we have added to this Full English Speech, a Glossary, quick Section Tests, Practice for the real test and a Full Test that is a simulation of the real test. We believe that this makes the 220 Soft "Life in Great Britain" course a far more thorough and enjoyable preparation for the "Life in the UK" test than any other currently available method. |

A sample screen from the course is shown on the right. This is exactly the same material as the first two paragraphs in the page shown above. The red speaker shows the text currently being spoken, which can be chosen with a simple click as there is a speaker next to every paragragh in the course. |
